Team News & Supporter Info – Galway United (A)

Drogheda United travel to Eamonn Deacy Park on Friday evening to face Galway United.

Kevin Doherty’s side head into this game after picking up their first points of the season on Monday night at home to Bohemians.

This will be the first meeting between Drogheda and Galway since the 2020 First Division season, when Drogheda won 3-1 at Eamonn Deacy Park, in a game where Conor Kane scored his only goal for the club to date, with a stunning long range effort.

In team news ahead of the clash, Kevin Doherty’s only injury doubt is Adam Foley, after the winger was forced off against Bohemians with injury.

Parking – Buses and Cars

All buses and cars are to park at the Black Box Theatre car park which is approx 5 mins walking distance from the ground. This car park is free of charge after 6pm.

Away fans are situated in Blocks A & B of The Eco-Fuel Stand, which is accessed from Dyke Road. This entrance is highlighted in yellow on the image below.
