Drogheda United are delighted to announce that Ryan Brennan has signed a new deal with the club.

Brennan will be heading into his seventh season with his hometown club, and his fourth straight season in his current spell with the club. 

The midfielder made 41 appearances in 2024, scoring twice, and has now made a total of 209 appearances for the club.

“I was delighted to get the deal done as soon as I arrived home from holiday. It was all positive when I spoke with Kevin and I’m really happy to be staying for another year.

“We have a big opportunity this year to try and progress in a European adventure too. It’s brilliant that we could give something back to the fans after being with us through thick and thin over the last few years. I’m really looking forward to the season ahead now,” Brennan said.
