Drogheda United are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Colm Cox.
Colm joins the club from First Division side Wexford. The 22-year-old came through Shelbourne’s underage system, making his first team debut in the final game of the 2021 season as a substitute against UCD.
Cox made the move to Longford Town during the 2022 season before signing for James Keddy’s Wexford side ahead of the 2023 campaign.
Cox becomes the fourth signing made in the transfer window by Kevin Doherty following the signings of Jamie Egan, Kyle Robinson and Luke Wade Slater.
